Prairie House Restaurant ~ Freeman

The other day when my Sister-in-law and her family were coming through my area to visit, and this advertisement for Prairie House was in the paper, the stars aligned for me to try a new place to eat.  It is nice when a plan works itself out.

I met them after they had a long day of driving.  The place was easy to find just off of Highway 81.

The place was pretty busy, and I could see why.  The Staff was polite and the dinning area was comfortable and clean!

The food was very good, generous portions, and unique to the area.  The salads had more than just one kind of lettuce which is a bonus for salad eaters to get some different textures.  The burgers had a clever brand on the bun that my nephew thought was cool.  The flat bread was so big that it didn't fit on the plate it was served on.

I will be back and encourage you to try Prairie House Restaurant out the next time you are in, or passing through Freeman.
