Big J's Roadhouse ~ Humboldt

I got the chance to go out for a nice lunch with my wife this weekend. It is nice to take a moment and spend some time with each other over a great meal.

Big J's Roadhouse is an awesome place is just off of I-90 between Sioux Falls and Mitchell in Humboldt, SD and they have an amazing menu and options!

The salad bar had the basic ranch, french, italian dressings, but they also offered honey mustard and balsamic vinaigrette which is something that is not offered in a lot of other places.

We came in for a small lunch but the portions were huge! I wish I would have asked for box from the beginning of the meal because I ate the whole thing! This is the two meat platter, it comes with a choice of meats. I chose pulled pork and smoked chicken wings with beer battered fries!

My wife ordered the brisket. They did such a great job it was tender and delicious. They even offered sweet potato fries!
