New ownership of a long time business in Canistota!

Yesterday, after 26 years, Baxa's Good Times Cafe and Bar was SOLD!  

The bar and grill is now owned and operated by Eric Eisleoffel, Canistota Resident and Owner of Daisy's RV Park.  

He has some exciting plans for the business and will remain open while making some changes.  

I want to thank sellers James and Susan Baxa, for their 26 years of dedication to the town of Canistota, and their establishment.  I would also like to thank both parties for choosing me, Donovan O'Donnell, from EXIT Realty Sioux Empire, as their Realtor®.

I also want to congratulate Eric Eisloeffel on his new adventure, and thank him for his continued business.  

I wish the best for both Buyer and Seller on this sale.  I am so happy it worked out for both of you and look forward to what is next!
