What are you looking forward to this spring in South Dakota?

I don't know about you but I am sure excited about spring this year!  It feels like it has been a long winter.  I am looking forward to camping, fishing, and biking in a bunch of South Dakota's awesome parks!  

I am also looking forward to a very lively Real Estate Market.  I am starting to see more homes come on the market and buyers are ready to start looking!
