There are more people than I can remember out and about walking, running, and biking with the recent Covid 19 pandemic, school closures, and nicer weather. It is great to see people getting sunrays and stretching muscles.
I thought it would be a good idea to remind myself and others of the rules of the road to try to protect or communities and avoid any unnecessary road related injuries. While researching, it was interesting to find out that many people do not know these. What a great time to...

Sioux Falls has an awesome bike trail that goes around the city.
I have only had the chance to ride a few miles of it.
I got on at Legacy Park just of 41st street....
and rode up to Sertoma Park ...
and then went back to some of the shops that the trail goes behind. Shops like Granite City Food and Brewery, Aldi Grocery, and Johnny Carinos!
So it is great to ride, shop, and get something to eat. I will go back sometime to do the entire 26+ mile trail!

It was a great weekend for a run.
Even better when you can run for a great charity like the development of your own community.
The 8th annual Canistota fun run/walk 5K, organized by Flex Appeal 24 hour fitness was this last weekend.
There were participants of all ages, some of more than one generation in the same family.
A great community getting together for the betterment of their own home town!

I have only been training for a week this
time, but when the pavement calls,
I gotta run.
