I have been donating blood since I was in highschool. Throughout my career in the Army and with at least 3 different donation companies since I have been out of the Army.
I currently donate with The Red Cross, they have a mobile app that helps schedule and track donations. Last week when I donated I realized that since teaming up with them I have donated a gallon of blood!
It is easy to do, and something I am proud of. The blood goes to people that are in need for many reasons, and might just #savealife!
