It was my pleasure to help the Sellers of 510 W. Wood in Canistota, SD with the Sale of their property.
Even with the cold tempatures the market is warming up. If you are waiting until spring to buy or sell keep in mind that it takes 45 - 60 days from accepted offer to close on a property. That means if you want to close by late February or March the time is now to start!

My wife and I had a great meal at Tailgators Grill and Bar in Brandon SD.
I had the prime rib sandwich with fries. It came with au jus sauce for dipping and was awesome. My wife had a burger and they were very helpful with dietary needs.
There was a large on-tap beer selection, and full bar.
Our Server, Katrina was awesome and let me take the short video showing how much fun they have there!
I highly recommend stopping in at Tailgators!
