It was my pleasure to help this family transition through the next phase of their lives.  They were expecting a new addition to the family, and nothing on the market, in their area looked appealing.  

Then another generation stepped up and helped with an idea!

I was able to sell their current house, under contract in a day!

The grandparents are having a new home built, and I was able to guide the family through the paperwork to purchase the grandparents home!
