I have a happy buyer moving to Marion, SD!
Marion is an awesome little town with everything you need. It is also close to Sioux Falls or Mitchell if you need to be able to get to a larger city.
I helped a first time home buyer find this gem of a home, put him in touch with the amazing Brian Shabino of National Property Inspectors, and he was able to close yesterday, at First Dakota Title with His Lender Jenny Squires of First Dakota National Bank!

I know the value of and what a DD214 is and represents! No m...One of my favorite pastimes is fishing. There are many great places to go fishing in South Dakota. The twitch of the end of a fishing rod makes me smile just like when I was kid. I can stair at the water for hours, even when I am not catching. I like to fish with friends and family to create memories and enjoy company. I also enjoy the solace of fishing alone and centering myself!
So if this week you get to head out and drown some worms, have a great time. Don't forget to stop by SDGFP...

you know I have to celebrate St. Paddy's day!
It isn't all about green beer and four leaf clovers. I learned in this video about Saint Patrick that He actually used the shamrock (three leaf clover) to explain the Christian Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
This site tells you how people celebrate the holiday around the United States.
I hope you can enjoy your Saint Patrick's day on Friday March 17, 2017. Thanks for visiting my blo...
