With all the rain and snow I know it is hard to think about camping. However, if you want to go this year it is always best to plan ahead especially if you are going with a group as the spots fill up so fast. It is true, this has been a brutal winter. Many of the South Dakota Schools have had record snow days. It has been down right cold, heck I even got stuck in the snow the other day in my 4x4 truck.
But today I feel like it is warming up. I saw this deer on Highway 38 between Montrose and Humboldt and it looked like more of a sign of spring than any robin or ground hog I have ever witnessed! So much so that I pulled over to take its picture!
