Where to vote early in South Dakota
Pheasant Season in South Dakota starts this Saturday October 15, 2016. The third weekend in October is the opener and is a respectable tradition to celebrate.
Big game hunters are also focused on the Deer season. We are now in the third Draw and Deer opener for rifle East River is November 19th this year. Other important deer season dates here!
This year pheasant season in South Dakota opens the earliest it can. The season opener is always the third weekend in October but with October 1, 2016 being on a Saturday that makes the third weekend start on the 15th this year! Of course if you live in the great state of South Dakota you can hunt public land the weekend prior making it an even earlier start as a Resident Start Date.
