I have a happy buyer moving to Marion, SD!

Marion is an awesome little town with everything you need.  It is also close to Sioux Falls or Mitchell if you need to be able to get to a larger city.

I helped a first time home buyer find this gem of a home, put him in touch with the amazing Brian Shabino of National Property Inspectors, and he was able to close yesterday, at First Dakota Title with His Lender Jenny Squires of First Dakota National Bank!

My wife and I dined at the PourHouse Kitchen in Sioux Falls yesterday.  

The atmosphere was fun with lots of televisions for viewing.  There were not sports on as it was the middle of a weekday afternoon and they were playing music videos and other programs.

 

We both decided to go with the daily special which was a Taco, Nacho, Salad Bar.  

There was chicken, pork, and beef to choose from and they were all seasoned well.  Both soft and hard shells as well as the chips and all the sides...

This weekend I got together with my wife's brother and his family and went to the Great Plains Zoo in Sioux Falls, SD.  

 

With the 5 kids, all 6 years and under in age, we had a great time.  There were all kinds of animals to see and learn about.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There were also some fun activities like a carousel and camel rides, as well as face-painting!

The boys wanted their painting on their arms!

By now you have figured out I like to eat.  Normally I am a meat and potatoes / burger and beer kind of guy, and "can I get an extra side of gravy?" has been spoken with my order more than once.

However, my lovely wife, our niece, and her boyfriend got me to try something new last night Fuji Sushi & Hibachi Grill.  They said, we can get sushi and you can get steak or chicken.  I was sold!  I am very pleased that they got me to go to Fuji, I had a great time and even tried sushi!
