The ice is starting to melt!

I, like many of you, am ready for the cold and ice to be gone! Today, March 22, 2018 it is just over 40 degrees outside.

So what am I super excited about, FISHING of course. I went out to Lake Vermillion, in McCook County, the lake is still mostly frozen, some watery spots. However, the dam is open and the river is flowing. I doubt there would be much to catch yet but it won't be long!

Spring is the time the real estate market starts to warm up too. Buyers are ready to get out and shop for their new home, and Sellers are more excited about showing their homes and I am seeing more on the market.
