This President's day the weather was a little calmer than it had been in a few days. I decided to take a short drive from my home in Canistota, SD out to Lake Vermillion State Park and take a few photos. Let me know what you think or share some of your President's day activities in the comments!
Right by the Dam, when I walked up some geese flew away.
A few more geese around down the river a little bit where the water was open.
They name these roads around here for what lives out here!
There are lots of deer tracks in the fresh snow from last night. On the road, off the road, and running through fences like these!
I really enjoy going out to Lake Vermillion, one of South Dakota's awesome State Parks. I hope you like these photos and can take a trip out to see the area!
