Today is closing day and for my Clients Allison and Keith it could not have come soon enough!
The happy couple has never owned their own home and their parents always rented as well. They are happy to be moving this weekend into an awesome home in Harrisburg, SD. It is also located right across the street from where the couple both works, Showplace Wood Products - Fine Cabinetry

Pheasant Season in South Dakota starts this Saturday October 15, 2016. The third weekend in October is the opener and is a respectable tradition to celebrate.
Big game hunters are also focused on the Deer season. We are now in the third Draw and Deer opener for rifle East River is November 19th this year. Other important deer season dates here!
Sioux Falls has an awesome bike trail that goes around the city.
I have only had the chance to ride a few miles of it.
I got on at Legacy Park just of 41st street....
and rode up to Sertoma Park ...
and then went back to some of the shops that the trail goes behind. Shops like Granite City Food and Brewery, Aldi Grocery, and Johnny Carinos!
So it is great to ride, shop, and get something to eat. I will go back sometime to do the entire 26+ mile trail!
